Yo-ha people. Guess what's my RJ question for yesterday? Yes, it makes zaf go LOL. haha.
Are you a team player or free rider (person who ride on the team effort without much contribution to the team) during the lesson? Justify

To me, being a team player sure has its own advantages where you are able to contribute and share your knowledge with your teammate as well as with the class. In addition, you will also be engaged in your class/ team discussion. Being able to engage in the team discussion, you will be able to understand the working styles of your own teammates. Thus, being able to make you and your teammates has a closer relationship that is well bond. Having be able to be engaged in the class discussion will also give lead the classmates to have a good impression on you. From the reference of the marking scheme of the daily grades, and from the facts given above, this alone, will bring you not only good daily grades but also able to make you have a higher level of understanding of the module that you are learning.
And frankly, almost everyone hates, or shall I say ditched, free riders. Reason being is that free riders are more laid backed and will not have many ideas to contribute in the presentation or class discussion. Thus, being free riders are always the ones that are ‘leftout’ in almost all the discussion made as the rest of the team members find them useless or not needed as they are always good-for-nothing. Well, I am not only talking about the classmates. Facilitators too see them as someone that is not serious in studying. They will from there, have the bad impression about the students, at which, is the free rider. Facilitators will then be expecting more of the free rider to improve themselves and thus, if they don’t, they will then receive below average grades. This will only make the free riders feel worse. However, it will be worst for the free riders when they actually contributed in the presentation. But, it is not appreciated. This will not only be discouraging for them but at the same time to some, it dampens their spirits to learn. But, I must emphasise that some people will lost their interest while some have will take it as a reverse psychologist.
and so, that's what I wrote. haha. yes, dont look down on free riders ok?? haha.
